What's actually in each plan

Recruiter Lite is positioned for new and boutique agencies and covers the fundamentals: custom workflow, job posting and distribution, candidate management and sourcing, temp and contract management, client management, a business development pipeline, automated reminders, a pre-built report library, and target and KPI tracking. Notably, Lite does not include Adder Intelligence, so there's no AI summaries, smart sync, or automation of any kind at this tier.

Recruiter Essential includes everything in Lite, plus Adder Intelligence (Smart Summaries, Smart Sync, Smart Job Descriptions, Smart Floats), multiple custom workflows, job offer management, advanced event scheduling, lead generation, temp and contract talent pooling, standard automations, standard analytics, and API access. This is the entry point for any AI functionality, since agencies on Lite get none of it.

Recruiter Pro adds a candidate registration form, advanced automations powered by Roi-AI, advanced analytics, unlimited custom reports, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and a sandbox environment on top of everything in Essential.

A note on the sales process

JobAdder's pricing page doesn't advertise a free trial at all. There's no self-serve signup or trial button anywhere on it. Every plan's call-to-action leads to a request-pricing form, and JobAdder describes its own process as three steps: a discovery call to understand your business, a customised demo, then a pricing plan built around the features you need. At least one Capterra reviewer reported a dispute over a verbally agreed "fixed one-month trial period" that wasn't reflected in actual billing, resulting in unexpected charges.
