What's actually in each plan

Recruiter Lite is positioned for new and boutique agencies and covers the fundamentals: custom workflow, job posting and distribution, candidate management and sourcing, temp and contract management, client management, a business development pipeline, automated reminders, a pre-built report library, and target and KPI tracking. Notably, Lite does not include Adder Intelligence, so there's no AI summaries, smart sync, or automation of any kind at this tier.

Recruiter Essential includes everything in Lite, plus Adder Intelligence (Smart Summaries, Smart Sync, Smart Job Descriptions, Smart Floats), multiple custom workflows, job offer management, advanced event scheduling, lead generation, temp and contract talent pooling, standard automations, standard analytics, and API access. This is the entry point for any AI functionality, since agencies on Lite get none of it.

Recruiter Pro adds a candidate registration form, advanced automations powered by Roi-AI, advanced analytics, unlimited custom reports, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and a sandbox environment on top of everything in Essential.

Recruiter Business is JobAdder's plan for in-house talent teams rather than agencies, bundling multiple custom workflows, job posting and distribution, candidate management and sourcing, job offer management, advanced event scheduling, automated reminders, standard automations, AI enhancements, and a pre-built report library.

Add-ons priced separately

A number of features sit outside the four core plans as paid add-ons, regardless of which tier you're on: a dedicated IP address, API access plus sandbox (already included at Pro, but an add-on below that), single sign-on, Broadbean job distribution integration, smart forms, and the Hiring Manager Portal.

It's worth confirming during your demo which of these your agency actually needs, since they're easy to overlook when comparing plan features side by side because they're listed separately from the core tier breakdown.

What agencies actually pay

Because JobAdder's pricing isn't public, real numbers are hard to come by, but a few data points give a working sense of cost.

One 2026 platform review cites a real European sales quote of €124/user/month for the Essential plan on a 12-month contract paid monthly, plus a €550 upfront implementation fee. Third-party estimator ITQlick pegs JobAdder in the $100–$200/user/month range based on market averages for comparable platforms, and notes that exact pricing requires direct contact. Review aggregator SelectHub lists a starting figure of $160/user/month, though this is described as an estimate rather than a confirmed list price. A separate review of JobAdder's AI-inclusive tiers puts the Essential plan specifically at roughly $139–$160+/user/month, the tier where Adder Intelligence becomes available.

These numbers vary enough, roughly €124 to $200/user/month, that they should be treated as a planning range rather than a quote. Actual pricing depends on your region, user count, and which add-ons you negotiate in.

A note on the sales process

JobAdder's pricing page doesn't advertise a free trial at all. There's no self-serve signup or trial button anywhere on it. Every plan's call-to-action leads to a request-pricing form, and JobAdder describes its own process as three steps: a discovery call to understand your business, a customised demo, then a pricing plan built around the features you need. There's no published list price to compare against at any point in that process.

At least one Capterra reviewer reported a dispute over a verbally agreed "fixed one-month trial period" that wasn't reflected in actual billing, resulting in unexpected charges. It's a reminder that if a rep offers trial or discounted terms during your demo, get them confirmed in writing in the contract itself, not just in conversation.
