Crelate pricing in 2026: Plans, costs, and limitations

Competitor Pricing

TL;DR

Crelate publishes pricing for two of its four tiers: Essentials at $85/user/month (capped at 2 users and 20,000 contacts) and Business at $119/user/month annual or $149/user/month monthly. Business Plus and Platform are custom-quoted, and that matters because sequencing and outreach automation only become available at Business Plus, not the $119 Business tier most agencies land on.

Happlicant includes sequencing, AI resume parsing, and automation at every tier from $75/user/month (monthly) or $69/user/month (quarterly), with no unpriced upgrade required.

Crelate pricing in 2026: plans, costs, and limitations

Crelate's published pricing starts at $85 per user per month for the Essentials plan billed annually, rising to $119 per user per month for Business on an annual plan or $149 per user per month billed monthly. Above that, the Business Plus and Platform tiers move to custom, quote-only pricing, alongside a separate set of à la carte add-ons and Enterprise options.

If you're comparing Crelate against other recruitment CRMs, the headline number depends heavily on which tier and billing cycle you're looking at. Essentials and Business are the only two tiers with a published rate, and even those come with limits worth knowing before you commit.

What's in each plan

Essentials is Crelate's entry tier, capped at 2 users and 20,000 contacts. It includes Applicant Tracking, Recruiting CRM, a job portal, resume parsing, sourcing, self-service and AI support, and unlimited jobs and companies.

This tier suits a solo recruiter or a two-person team testing the platform, but the 2-user cap means any agency planning to grow past that headcount will need to upgrade almost immediately.

Business includes everything in Essentials, plus an AI Assistant, client and team portals, job portal and posting, a resume toolbox, reports and analytics, technical support, email connections, and access to Professional Services.

This is the tier most agencies land on, and it's the only other one with a public number: $119/user/month annual, or $149/user/month if you'd rather pay monthly, which works out to a $30/user/month premium for avoiding an annual commitment.

Business Plus adds everything in Business, plus an Advanced AI Assistant, premium client portals, increased data storage, increased customization limits, business development workflows, automation and sequences, full API and integrations, and access to marketplace partners.

Notably, this is the tier where outreach automation and sequencing actually become available, since Business alone doesn't include it. Pricing isn't published, so you'll need to talk to sales to find out what it costs.

Platform is Crelate's top tier, priced as a custom per-user or per-site license, again requiring a sales conversation.

À la carte and Enterprise add-ons

Beyond the four core tiers, Crelate sells several capabilities separately regardless of plan. À la carte options include Insights Agents, Data Quality Agents, Priority Support, and MCP and Webhooks. Enterprise options include Premium Support, Increased API Limits, Advanced Auditing and IP Filters, and ISO/SOC2 Report and Compliance.

There are also two additional priced modules aimed at staffing, corporate, and high-volume hiring scenarios:

Crelate Data Sync Service is priced on volume and frequency, connecting Crelate to back-office systems and CRMs like HubSpot, Monday, Salesforce, and Dynamics, plus other integrations such as People 2.0, Sense, CSV, and ServiceNow.

Onboarding and Compliance, branded as Crelate Hire, is priced per hire and adds advanced onboarding checklists, state and local tax forms, WOTC integration, per-client, per-job, and per-location templates, and an employee portal.

Neither of these has a published rate, so if your agency needs data sync or onboarding and compliance workflows on top of the core plan, budget for an additional line item you won't see a number for until you talk to sales.

What third-party sources add

A few details are worth knowing that aren't obvious from the pricing page alone.

At least one 2026 pricing breakdown reports that Crelate enforces a 5-seat minimum on annual contracts, meaning even a 2 to 3 person agency may be billed as if they have 5 users. The same source cites a roughly 7% annual price increase built into renewal terms, which is worth asking about directly since it isn't stated on the pricing page.

Multiple sources independently confirm that sequencing is a real upgrade trigger: multi-step outreach sequences with branching logic aren't available on Business at all and require Business Plus, which isn't publicly priced.

For an agency evaluating Crelate specifically for outreach automation, that means the true cost is whatever Business Plus quotes at and not the $119 headline.

Crelate's contact enrichment, which auto-collects phone numbers, emails, and employer updates, isn't included in the base price of any plan and is billed separately, with the per-lookup rate not published. And downgrades are slow: one review notes that stepping down from Business Plus to Business doesn't take effect immediately, so you continue paying the higher rate until your current contract term ends, which makes a tier upgrade effectively a commitment for the length of the term.

Free trial

Crelate's own pricing page advertises a free trial with full access, no credit card required, and no commitment. The stated process is to fill out a form, receive a trial link by email within a few business hours, log in and sync your email, then create a job and add a candidate to get started. That's a more self-serve trial path than several competitors that require a sales call before any trial access.

Crelate alternatives

If Crelate's tier structure, where sequencing and automation sit behind an unpriced Business Plus tier, doesn't fit how your agency wants to budget, a few alternatives are worth comparing.

Happlicant is $75/user/month billed monthly, or $69/user/month billed quarterly, with campaigns and sequencing, AI resume parsing, and AI resume formatting included at every tier rather than gated to a higher, unpriced plan. For an agency that specifically wants sequencing without needing a custom quote to find out what it costs, this is a more predictable comparison than Crelate's Business-to-Business-Plus jump.

Recruit CRM starts at $49/user/month for its Pro plan on annual billing ($59/user/month month-to-month), with resume parsing bundled in, though sequencing is capped to one active campaign on its own entry tier.

Bullhorn is typically quoted in the $99–$315/user/month range, with automation frequently sold as a separate add-on, a similar pattern to Crelate's Business Plus gating.

Recruiterflow starts at $119/user/month for its Advanced plan, matching Crelate's Business price point, but with sequencing included at that tier rather than requiring an upgrade.

Which fits your agency

If you're a solo recruiter or a very small team testing the waters, Essentials' $85/user/month is workable as long as you're comfortable with the 2-user, 20,000-contact ceiling.

If you need sequencing and automation as part of your core workflow rather than an eventual upgrade, compare Crelate's actual Business Plus quote against Happlicant or Recruiterflow before assuming the $119 Business price is your real cost. For most agencies evaluating Crelate specifically for outreach, it isn't.
