Open API : How-to guide
1. Open the Integration settings
Navigate to Settings → Integration to manage your API keys.
Here you'll find all active and revoked API keys, along with links to the API documentation.
💡 Tip: API keys are only visible once when they're created, so make sure to store them somewhere secure.
2. Create a new API key
Click Create API key.
Give your key a descriptive name so it's easy to identify later. You can also add an optional description explaining what the integration will be used for.
Examples include:
Production server
CRM integration
Candidate sync
Internal automation
Once you're ready, click Create key.
3. Save your API key securely
After creating the key, Happlicant will display your secret API key one time only.
Copy it and save it somewhere secure before closing the window.
You'll need this key whenever you connect Happlicant to another application or build an integration.
⚠️ Important: For security reasons, secret API keys cannot be viewed again after they're created.
4. Connect Happlicant to your tools
Once you've created your API key, you're ready to connect Happlicant with your other tools.
If you're working with a developer, simply share your API key and our API documentation. They'll use both to connect Happlicant securely.

5. Automate your recruitment workflow
