Vincere pricing in 2026: Plans, costs, and alternatives

Competitor Pricing

TL;DR

Vincere splits pricing into two layers: a required Core CRM/ATS license at £69/user/month, and separately priced AI Smart Packs billed per agency rather than per user, ranging from £25 to £349/agency/month.

Because the AI fee is flat per agency, smaller teams pay a much higher effective rate per seat than larger ones on the same plan.

Happlicant charges a flat $75/user/month (monthly) or $69/user/month (quarterly) with AI features like resume parsing and campaigns included at every tier, so the price per seat doesn't shift with team size.

Vincere pricing in 2026: plans, costs, and alternatives

Vincere, now branded Access Vincere Evo, starts at £69 per user per month for its core CRM and ATS platform, with AI add-on packs priced separately per agency, ranging from £25/month for the Base tier up to £349/month for the Elite tier. There's no published all-in flat price. The final cost depends on user count, which AI pack you add, and negotiated terms, all confirmed through a sales call.

If you're comparing recruitment CRMs and Vincere came up, here's the actual pricing structure, what's included at each tier, and what agencies typically end up paying once the AI packs are factored in.

How Vincere's pricing actually works

Vincere splits its pricing into two layers, which is where a lot of the confusion comes from when agencies try to estimate total cost.

Layer 1: Vincere Core. This is the required CRM and ATS license, priced per user at £69/month minimum. Every agency needs this layer regardless of which AI features they want, since it covers candidate and client records, pipelines, job management, and the core database.

Layer 2: AI Smart Packs. These are priced per agency rather than per user, and stack on top of the Core license. There are four tiers.

  • Base (from £25/agency/month) includes candidate scoring, job description and ad creation, Copilot AI, base analytics, mobile access, and the Engage portal module. This is the entry point for agencies stepping into AI without a full platform overhaul.

  • Present (from £139/agency/month) is positioned by Vincere as the tier for AI-powered candidate presentation, adding candidate summaries and candidate speccing on top of Base.

  • Automate (from £235/agency/month) is aimed at cutting admin and accelerating growth, adding CRM automation and an enrichment agent for agencies wanting to reduce manual workload specifically.

  • Elite (from £349/agency/month) is billed as the full AI recruitment suite, combining every AI feature across the other three tiers, including LinkedIn content creation.

Because the AI pack is billed per agency rather than per seat, the effective per-user cost drops as an agency adds more recruiters. A 5-person team on Core plus Automate pays £69/user/month plus roughly £47/user/month for the AI layer, while a 20-person team on the same tiers pays £69/user/month plus under £12/user/month for AI. That makes Vincere's real cost highly dependent on team size, which isn't obvious from the £69 headline figure alone.

Vincere has been explicit that this is a deliberate shift. The company states it moved away from its previous bundled pricing model, which loaded every module into a single per-user-per-month price, specifically to give agencies more flexibility as team sizes and AI adoption change. Existing customers on the old bundled contracts can request a trade-in to the new Smart Pack structure through their account manager.

What's not in the headline price

A few things worth checking before assuming £69/user/month is the full cost.

Currency and region. Vincere's published pricing is in GBP. For US or other non-UK agencies, the effective monthly cost depends on the exchange rate at time of billing, and Vincere doesn't publish a separate USD price list. This is typically confirmed during the sales conversation.

AI isn't optional in practice for most of Vincere's marketed value. Features like AI candidate scoring, automation workflows, and Copilot, the things that most differentiate Vincere from a plain ATS, sit in the AI packs rather than the £69 Core tier. Budgeting for Core alone significantly understates what most agencies end up paying.

Data export fees. At least one user review reported being charged a fee to export their own data when leaving the platform, despite being told otherwise during the sales process, so it's worth confirming your contract terms explicitly before signing.

Third-party pricing trackers disagree with the vendor. Independent estimators cite figures ranging from $100 to $349/user/month, which reflects confusion between the per-user Core price and the per-agency AI pack price rather than a single consistent number. The official £69 plus AI pack structure above is the more reliable reference point.

Vincere alternatives

If Vincere's per-agency AI pricing makes it hard to predict your total cost, or the tiered AI-feature gating doesn't fit how your agency actually uses automation, a few alternatives are worth comparing.

Happlicant is priced simply at $75/user/month billed monthly, or $69/user/month billed quarterly, with no separate AI add-on tier. Features like AI resume parsing, campaigns and sequencing, and AI resume formatting are included at every tier rather than gated behind a higher-priced pack. For a small-to-mid agency that wants predictable per-seat pricing without needing to calculate which AI pack makes sense at their team size, this removes the guesswork Vincere's two-layer structure introduces.

Recruit CRM starts at $49/user/month for its Pro plan on annual billing ($59/user/month month-to-month), with Sovren-powered resume parsing bundled in and reasonably strong multi-language support, though sequencing is capped to one active campaign on the entry tier.

Bullhorn is a longer-established staffing-specific platform, typically quoted in the $99–$315/user/month range depending on tier, with automation (Herefish) frequently sold as a separate add-on rather than included. That's a similar two-layer pricing pattern to Vincere, though Bullhorn's automation add-on is usually quoted as a flat monthly fee rather than one that scales with agency size.

Recruiterflow starts at $119/user/month for its Advanced plan, with sequencing and automation recipes included, though its more advanced AI features sit behind a separate AIRA add-on billed annually.

Which fits your agency

If predictable, all-inclusive per-seat pricing matters more than picking and choosing individual AI modules, Happlicant and Recruiterflow are the more straightforward comparisons. If your agency is large enough that Vincere's per-agency AI pricing works out cheaper per seat, and you specifically want tools like Copilot, candidate speccing, or an enrichment agent, Vincere's structure can end up competitive at scale. It's worth running your own team size through the tiers above before deciding.

How Vincere's total cost compares at different team sizes

Because the AI packs are billed per agency rather than per user, the gap between Vincere and simpler per-seat pricing like Happlicant's narrows or widens depending on headcount. Here's a rough illustration using the Automate tier (£235/agency/month):

  • 3-person agency: £69/user/month Core + ~£78/user/month AI = roughly £147/user/month total

  • 10-person agency: £69/user/month Core + ~£24/user/month AI = roughly £93/user/month total

  • 25-person agency: £69/user/month Core + ~£9/user/month AI = roughly £78/user/month total

At small headcounts, the per-agency AI fee is a much larger share of the per-seat cost. A 3-person team pays more than double per seat compared to a 25-person team on the identical plan. That's the opposite of how most competitors price: Happlicant, Recruiterflow, and Recruit CRM all charge a flat per-user rate that doesn't change based on team size, so a solo recruiter and a 25-person agency pay the same rate per seat.

Agencies under roughly 8 to 10 users considering Vincere's higher AI tiers should run their own numbers before assuming the £69 headline applies. Smaller teams are effectively subsidizing the per-agency AI fee at a higher per-seat rate than larger teams on the same plan.
