Meetings & Calendar: How-to guide
1. Connect your calendar
Go to Settings → Calendar and connect your Google Calendar. Once connected, your meetings will automatically stay synchronized between Happlicant and your calendar.
2. Schedule your first meeting
Open Meetings & Calendar and click New Event. Choose the meeting title, date, participants, and related job, then add a Google Meet link if needed.
3. Manage your recruitment calendar
View all upcoming interviews, client meetings, and internal meetings from one calendar. Switch between different calendar views to plan your recruitment activities more efficiently.
4. Access meetings from candidate and contact profiles
Every scheduled meeting is automatically linked to the relevant candidate or contact. Open any profile to see previous meetings, upcoming interviews, and the complete meeting history.
