Before Incorra, I built and ran an outstaffing company (DevMind), launched a startup - AI matching platform (RutaJob), and spent years in B2B sales and retail operations - where I first discovered that hiring the right people is the single highest-leverage thing a business can do.

I've been a hiring manager in every company I've ever worked for.
