Improvements

Job statuses:
Job statuses have been refined to provide more consistent behaviour across the platform.

• Custom job statuses now use unique IDs for improved consistency

• Added a new default Placed status

• Paused and Placed are now treated as inactive/closed statuses

• Applications are automatically blocked for inactive or closed jobs, including custom inactive statuses

Improved job page:
The job page has been redesigned to make key information easier to access.

• New read-only Job Info tab on the job page with overview, people, compensation, description, and internal notes

• Job tabs are now organized into:

  • Job Info

  • Job Settings

  • Application Settings

• Job headers now display:

  • Hiring Manager

  • Salary

  • Number of hires required

• Added a Hiring Manager column to the jobs table

Internal notes:
Internal collaboration has been improved with dedicated job notes.

• Added a rich-text Internal Notes field when creating or editing jobs

• Internal notes are displayed within the Job Info tab

• Notes remain visible only to your team

Embedded jobs:
Embedded job listings are now more flexible and easier to customise

• Pin jobs to the top of embedded listings

• Hide specific jobs from public embeds

• Added support for transparent embed backgrounds

• Embedded job now automatically respect job status, visibility settings and pinned order
