UI improvements, contact enhancement and key fixes

Improvements:

Navigation & Terminology

• Renamed “Database” → “Companies” in the sidebar

• Standardised wording across the platform:

  • “Invite to job” → “Add to job”

  • “Applications” → “Candidates” on job pages

  • Improved consistency in stage naming

Application & form improvements:

• Renamed “Address” field → “Location” on application forms

• Added clear feedback when exceeding file upload limits (10MB max)

• Improved contact profile with inline editing for faster updates and better usability

Filtering and usability:

• Improved clarity of candidate filters

• Removed outdated pipeline templates from job form

Sharing:

• Disabled social share buttons to prevent broken behaviour

• Added ability to write notes visible in the client portal from candidate view

Fixes:

• Fixed resume reformatter save issue (unauthorised error)

• Fixed client contacts not appearing in global search
